We are currently seeking a talented, energetic, and optimistic professional with an annoying attention to detail to fill the role of Sr. Interactive Producer/Project Manager. The Sr. Producer/Project Manager will manage the internal day-to-day workflow of multiple projects including production, scheduling, budget tracking, and quality assurance. Serving as the key liaison between the Account Director and the production team, the person communicates project requirements to the project team and ensures successful execution and deployment of deliverables. S/he must understand every aspect of the project and be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time. Think – circus performer! This position requires a minimum of 3 years of interactive advertising project management experience with a high volume of projects. Really. We mean it. Working in tandem with Producer(s), the Account Director is responsible for the overall vision as it relates to the clients’ strategic objectives, ensuring that projects stay on strategy and on brand. In addition, the Account Director develops and nurtures the client relationship, with an ability to suggest additional service offerings and innovative ideas to the client. In effect, you serve as the “voice” of the client; taking ownership of the clients’ point of view and requirements; acting as an internal representative for the clients’ perspective. Web Designer Extraordinaire (Temporary Role)

The duration of this assignment is expected to be between 60-90 days and can be remote or on site. The ideal candidate will view this as an opportunity to work as a member of our design team to establish and maintain design solutions and prototype interface concepts along with some of the top creative minds in advertising and marketing.   • Create innovative and intuitive design solutions for digital marketing materials (ads, landing pages, kiosks), websites, and mobile / tablet applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Facility
  • Manage contracts for regular building and equipment maintenance
  • Liaise with service vendors and follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of tasks
  • Maximize cost inefficiencies and obtain approval for all non-routine expenditures

  • Serve as key operator for copiers and apprise staff of any faulty equipment that may involve down time due to service or repairs
