Interactive Designer Extraordinaire
We are currently seeking a talented, energetic, and optimistic professional to fill the role of Interactive Designer. The position is freelance/contract with opportunity to become full-time permanent staff based on performance and workload. Flash Developer
We need someone to come develop with us. This is what you need to know: Flash/ActionScript 3, XML, AMF/Remoting, FLV, Gaia. Prime candidates will be able to demonstrate professional level skills by providing code samples and case studies of work they have done for clients. We expect solid understanding of the tools and process of building Flash applications: core packages, OOP principles, event architecture, class loading, resource loading and management, video and image manipulation, optimization, production standards and workflow, embedding and deployment, etc. We are looking specifically for free lance, contract, and temp to perm candidates.

Senior Post-Production (Video Editor)
We are looking for a Senior Post-Production Buddy who is highly skilled in all aspects of video post including narrative video editing, motion graphics and audio editing. This person exhibits a mastery of animation and keying skills and can find a way to bring any creative vision to the screen. A Senior Post-Production Buddy is as organized and detail oriented as they are creative and is as comfortable in a client meeting as they are in the edit bay. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Primary editor for all video projects.
  • Helps design, create and manage motion graphics elements for all video projects.
  • Participates in creative concepting meetings and builds digital storyboards and animatics for each project.
  • Must ensure that final video outputs match client requirements.
  • Might manage entire projects and/or other post-production employees.
  • Works with Director of DotLot™ and TBG IT Buddies to maintain and upgrade equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Has a solid understanding of the language of visual storytelling, including pacing, framing and editing.
  • Excellent editorial skills. Possesses the ability to review and log footage, make shot selections and tell an appropriate story based on the footage and other tools provided.
  • Is expert with Final Cut Studio, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere and other related programs.

We are currently seeking a talented, energetic, and optimistic professional to fill the role of Production Coordinator.

The Production Coordinator needs to exhibit credibility, honesty and reliability. A key component of this position is mastering the routing process from start to finish. Keen listening skills are essential in order to manage the timing of projects so that deadlines are met on a consistent basis. Responsibility and resourcefulness are important traits needed in order to thrive in the fast-paced culture of a creative agency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of the functions of all departments and how to appropriately interact with them
  • Display appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, organization, and tenacity relating to project milestones
  • Communicate on a consistent basis with Account Managers regarding the status of all projects
  • Set and enforce weekly priorities with Production Staff
  • Distribute work assignments to team members to successfully meet milestones
  • Work directly with Account Services to assign resources
  • Evaluate workload on a daily and weekly basis as a guide to aid Directors in establishing resource and additional hour needs
  • Run or participate in production meetings providing feedback and information on issues, job status and daily/weekly goals
